STEP -- 1
On your initial contact, we will discuss, in complete
confidence, the medical procedures you require and collect
the relevant medical history and documents. |
STEP -- 2 |
A consultant will evaluate your medical history. Based on the
initial feedback, Health Trail will identify a
suitable hospital and consultant. |
STEP -- 3 |
Following feedback from the consultant, your case details will
be forwarded to the specialised hospital. We will respond
within 72 hours, outlining the consultant’s opinion, treatment
plan, duration of stay in the hospital and estimate of cost. |
STEP -- 4 |
Following consultation, if you have any queries, Health
Trail will forward your queries to the identified consultant by
e-mail. Once you have received satisfactory response and wish
to proceed, Health Trail will confirm your appointment
with the consultant and take care of your travel arrangements
and accommodation in India. |
STEP --
5 |
On
your arrival in India, you will be greeted by a representative
from Health Trail and accompanied to your hotel. The
representative will arrange your meeting with the consultant and
will guide you through the procedures. |
STEP -- 6 |
Your
medical treatment will be performed as arranged. The surgeon
will closely monitor your general condition whilst you are in
hospital. Depending on the nature of the surgery, a programme of
physiotherapy will be set up if required. |
STEP --
7 |
Before you are discharged from the hospital, your Consultant
will ensure that you are medically fit to travel. All your
relevant medical reports will be given to you to pass onto your
GP or Consultant in your home country to ensure efficient follow
up treatment as required. |
