1. Dr. Narendra Pandya
Aesthetic & Cosmetic Surgery

Dr Narendra Pandya is the foremost Cosmetic Surgeon in India. He received his reconstructive plastic and cosmetic surgery training in India, the UK and USA. Prior to his return to India, he was an Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at Northwestern University, Chicago, USA. He served as a Professor of Plastic Surgery at BYL Nair Hospital and T N Medical College in Mumbai.
 

Dr Pandya is a Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and was invited to be a Member of the reputed American society of Plastic Surgery in 1970. He was the first plastic surgeon from India to be invited in 1976 to be a Member of the prestigious American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He is the only plastic surgeon from India to be so honored. He was a Ethicon Visiting Professor of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of the Association of Plastic Surgeons in India.
 

He has delivered the prestigious Pandalai and the Gillies’ Orations. Dr Pandya was awarded the prestigious Educational Foundation of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons awards on two occasions for his outstanding RESEARCH IN LEPROSY.
 

Dr Pandya has been an Honorary Surgeon to two Past Presidents of India besides being an Honorary Surgeon to 4 Governors of Maharashtra and 3 of Gujarat. He is also Consultant Plastic Surgeon to the Armed Forces of India. He is a recipient of the highest and most prestigious Dr B C Roy National award in Medicine. The President of India was pleased to grant him an Honorary Rank of Surgeon Commodore in the Armed Forces of India – the only plastic surgeon so recognized.
 

Dr Pandya received “LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD” in 2003 for the International College of Cosmetic Surgery for his ‘monumental contribution in the field of cosmetic surgery’
 

Dr Pandya is a Past President of Association of Plastic Surgeons of India, National Academy of Burns of India and International College of Surgeons, Indian section. Dr Pandya is on the staff of a number of city hospitals as a Senior Cosmetic Surgeon. He has presented and published a large number of scientific publications.
 

Few months back, he authored a book “BOTOX. A READY RECKONER”, jointly with his daughter Dr Sonal Pandya.
