To identify the most experienced consultant physician/surgeon and the health centre or hospital best suited to treat you. 

To arrange communication with your individual consultant physician/surgeon in India through e-mail.

To arrange a representative from Health Trail to greet you at the airport on your arrival in India and take you to hospital in an air conditioned car or an ambulance (if required)

To coordinate your admission and pre-operative medical tests before surgery or treatment and we will arrange your consultation with the physician or surgeon at the time of admission.

To collect information from the hospital/treating institution regarding the cost of medical treatment. The details of cost will include consultants’ fee, surgical costs, anesthesia, medicine, operation theatre charges, hospital stay charges and any required  follow up treatment.

To ensure that the hospital provides you with comprehensive medical notes following your treatment including scans, x-ray reports and blood test results of the procedure or surgery undertaken. It is the responsibility of the individual to pass this information on to his/her GP for efficient follow up, in their home country.

To see you off at the airport after you have been discharged from the hospital for rejuvenation vacations in India or your home country.
