Making A Purchase :  Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
 

Delivery :  We will normally dispatch your order within 2-3 business days. In the UK goods will be delivered within 3-5 working days. If you require a quicker service, please inform us at the time of placing your order in writing by email or mail. We will advise you if there will be any extra charge.
 

Credit Cards :  All your credit card online transactions are processed on a secure server.  All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed.  They are only decrypted after they reach our computer.  They are not held in clear text on any web site.
 

Data Protection : If you use our site to request information, subscribe to publications or purchase products, you need to register and you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computer or otherwise.

Cancellation, Return and Refund :  If you wish to cancel the order you must do so in writing by email or mail before dispatch or within a period of 14 days from the date goods received at your end.  However, we will require you to return the goods to us at your own expense and in good condition.  You can either claim a refund on any item or you may exchange any item. If the goods are returned to us or if we arrange collection we will charge you the shipping cost.
 

All products despatched correctly in accordance with your confirmed order and returned un-defective after 14 days from the date goods received at your end, are subject to a 25% (of selling price) surcharge to cover re-stocking and administration costs.
 

The right to cancel the order does not apply to CDs, DVDs, and tapes, audio or video. 
 

On receipt of a returned item that was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will only be made to the credit card account of the person who originally paid for the goods. Cheque refunds can only be made in the name of the original customer.
 

Unless otherwise provided in these Conditions, the liability of the Health Trail for breach of any express or implied term of this Contract or due to the Company's negligence shall be limited to the reasonable cost of remedying any defect in the Goods or other matter constituting a breach and in no circumstances shall the Company's liability exceed the Total Price paid by the Customer (or due) to the Company under the Contract.
 

Without prejudice to any other provision, neither party shall be in breach of the Conditions of the Contract for any delay in performing, or failure to perform, its obligations under the Contract if that delay or failure was due to any cause or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.  The Customer shall be responsible for complying with any legislation or regulation governing the importation of the Goods into the country of destination and for the payment of any applicable duties.
